OPEN POSITIONS

GAFFER
Your main responsibility will be to facilitate the logistics and maintenance of lighting materials on the set of shoots. You will work side-by-side with producers, directors, assistants, and the Photography Department.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on film or audiovisual lighting teams.

  • Proficiency in English and ability to apply the language fully in a professional setting. Knowledge of any other language is also a welcome plus.

  • Ability to dynamically face any issue on the set, as well as solve unforeseen circumstances related to production.

  • Creativity when proposing ideas to team members and solving issues that may emerge through improvisation.

  • Experience using tools specific to the Photography and Camera Department, as well as knowledge of lighting diagrams, specific terminology, etc.

ANIMATOR
The ideal candidate is proficient in all aspects of post-production and has the ability to translate footage in creative ways - using high-quality video, motion graphics and a wide range of editing techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Photography or equivalent preferred, but not required

  • 3+ years of video editing experience in the digital space for web and social distribution

  • A diverse portfolio showcasing your commercial/corporate video work

  • Experience developing project briefs and scripts into style frames, storyboards, and video boards

  • Expert in digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Lightworks, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Strong experience developing assets for Paid Media, particularly for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube

  • Ability to turn around same-day edits and handle multiple projects simultaneously
    Experience working with different ad formats, conversion tactics, and creative advertising principles.
